Business Philanthropy is Changing
Key themes from Will and Jan were:
- Engage, engage, engage! Be creative and daring and watch your business do well and do good for the community.
- It’s so much more than just volunteering and a perceived ‘sunken cost’. More lucrative benefits await those who make the commitment – employer of choice, branding, skilled staff, engaged staff, staff and knowledge etention to name a few.
- It’s a self fulfilling and perpetuating circle – a sustainable community will offer a sustainable organisation.
